All of the items were part of an asset recovery operation from a Chinese facility that has now been demolished. The items are weathered, patinated, have usage wear, and nails.
The resell value of the achitectural items and teak lumber is estimated at $120,000.00. The teak lumber is valued at $90,000.00...based on $18 a board foot "reclaimed". The teak can be cleaned and cut in order to sell at an even higher value per board foot.....(Burmese teak generally sells for $24 to $35 a board foot). The remaining $25,000.00 is the value of the architectural items.
I'm willing to part with the entire lot for $65,000.00, firm. The reason for such a LOW asking price in relation to the estimated value is that I have way too many "irons in the fire", and need to eliminate a few.
The contents are being sold as-is, and as one package. Please, NO partial buyers or cherry picking. The only consideration I will entertain is if a buyer wants all the teak for $50,000.00, but not the architectural items. OR if a buyer just wants the architectural items for $15,000.00 but not the teak lumber.
Location is Saint Petersburg, Fl. Unloading of the contents will most likely require a few men for a half days work. The container cannot be moved.
